I think this is a kind of stress because I sometimes feel it very hard to choose, think more and more before making a choice. For example, when I was in middle school before entering a university, there was much stress for me to arrange the study plan. I planed a lot, it seemed that it was a well-arranged plan for me to choose. But it was a perfect plan which I could not achieve almost,So I became more depressed for the failure.
Although it happened many years ago .I still feel it hard to choose sometimes.Oh, it's a big stess for me , I 'd like to hear your advice.

You need to collect yourself and start thinking straight. Learn how to deal with your stress. You really wont be able to think clearly if something is bothering you. You may ask yourself...what's really bothering you. then think on how to overcome it.

When planning something, for me I always put it down on a piece of paper. By doing this, I can actually see what I am thinking. So after writing it down, I can put aside the thoughts and move on planning on the next step to take. It always helped me to it in writing.
The method is similar to brain storming. In brain storming, when you are planning something you will make a huge title at the top of a large piece of paper. Then below it you draw a circle right in the middle of the paper. In the circle you put your title on it. The title is equivalent to your goal or your main purpose. For example if you are thinking for a study plan, then write 'study plan' in the circle.
Next step, think what you will do in your study pan. The minute you thought about something, make a route beginning from the circle to the outwards. Then draw another circle at the end of the route. Write your first plan in the first circle.
Continue to do this until you can't think of anything else to add. Then select which one you find practical for you to follow and highlight them with a marker or use your own creativity. Delete those ideas which you find not practical.
Now you already have your study plan and it is very easy for you because it is already written down. You only have to refer to it. And don't worry if you can't follow rigidly to all of them. We are all human beings and not robots.
So good luck, and take care!

Had to choose is really the biggest gist of indecision when we conflict our minds about something that isn't supposed to take over time in determining so to correct this defiance is left to our self

there is one sympton called "difficult to choose".
You may not know you will choose A or choose B
you may not know what to eat in resturant
you may not know which brand cookies to buy when facing so many kinds in supermarket
you may not know you will go left or right
oh, many people have the same situation
but it's not that serious for us diffcult to choose, because sometimes really hard to choose.
But you may plan what to buy, what to eat before you buy and eat.
Choose those you like quickly
do not hesitate

Sometimes I have to use the "think long, think wrong" concept, typically used in card playing, to help me make a quick decision. This is really a problem for me in restaurants, the grocery store (especially choosing fruits and veggies to keep from buying too much of which half get thrown away). A lot of time, at home, I have a hard time deciding what to do next...even though there is plenty to do around here. I make lists for around the house stuff that I need to do, but even taking a list to the grocery store doesn't always help. I'm always looking for the best buy according to how much money that I do or do not have. I'm in college too, so what I do is take the syllabus from all of my courses and try to integrate them into one document to print out for my use. This helps me to keep from getting so confused on what to do next according to when something is due, for example.
