It's actually at a decent price now, $129, so I might end up getting one for myself for Christmas this year. I browsed around at the game shop in our mall the other day and noticed a lot more games on the PSP that looked interesting. Before, there wasn't really anything that appealed to me on it so I didn't think I should waste my money on getting one. But that's a bit different now. Plus, the ability to play movies and music makes it more tempting.

It is very tempting but I already have a few game systems, including the Nintendo DS. The thing is that I'm not much of a gamer and I don't even use them that much. It'll probably just sit around gaining dust in my room lol.

I bought mine online and was second hand. Metalic Blue. Runs on Custom firmware which lets me play games loaded on the Memory Stick. I recently tried to customize how the menu would look like but, did something wrong which now rendered it useless yet, there's this known PSP specialist here that might be able to fix my PSP. Happens to be the most recommended PSP tech that I've read locally so if I do get to set aside a good amount, I'd probably drop by his shop and get it fixed while I wait.. I mean, he fixes your PSP right infront of you if you prefer since others would even change parts of your PSP when they do try to fix it..(^_^ ) Yeah, hand helds or anything that would provide amusement or enjoyment (like alternate hobbie) would always be a luxury, not a necessity (^_^") but, treating yourself with your hard earned cash isn't a bad idea after all.

Nope, I don't have one. But if I have the bux, I better choose PS3. Indeed it's portable but that's not important to me. I want the games. But if you're that rich. You can have both PSP and PS3 T_T

I already have one. I bought it last April 2008 for Php. 12,000 or around US$260 - US$280. It already has a 4GB MS Duo included, crystal case, Screen protector, pouch and 1 DVD full of ISO games.

yeah, i have one, the 3000 series, not PSP GO eventhough the game isn't as good as PS3 games i like the portable one because i always go outside and have no time to play at home so, it's the best choice for me :)
