how can make friends on facebook

I registered on facebook about 1 year ago , but as so far I just have 30 friends on it. Who can tell me how to make more friends? Could you like to become friend with me on facebook?

I registered on facebook about 2 years ago,but I just have 10 friends on it. I don't have so many times to go to Facebook. I come from China.

you can search for people your age that you know using the search tool too. Other than that you can just talk to people and be their friend. you can friend me if you want to

On the left side of the new Facebook home there is a "People You May Know" section. It shows friends of your friends (which you then probably know). Add them.
