I've known lots of job order personnel working in the Philippine government. They're working like regular employees but with zero benefits (no bonus, health care, gsis/sss etc) and hasn't been given tenure even though they have been working in the same agency for 5-10 years. It's a shame that the government is the first to violate its own labor laws. Mabuhay!
