Isn't it ironic that the President-Elect of the US is a black African-American? And to think they used to be discriminated a long time ago because of their race. Isn's it a good sign that the times really do have changed. Although there are still a few who discriminates because of gender, race or color, there are many who accepts these differences. Many have realized that these differences maybe good for the society, it actually diversifies our culture.
How do you feel about this new change? Do you think it will affect you as a person, as a member of the society?

I am a teacher and I really like it when I have black children in my class. I respect black people and thick that dark skin is lovely. It would be so boring if every person it the world looks identical. In the past there was much discrimination and now people celebrate the fact we have a multi cultural society. It shows a positive change that America has elected a black person as president for the first time in its history. I am white and feel happy that a black man has been given a chance to be someone so high up in American and in a way some world policy. There was nothing wrong with black person only some people perceptions and attitudes in the past. Look at South Africa and how it has ended how it used to be. I feel happy about the change.
