3 days ago,I attended 1 interview with multinational company.
They asked me a lot of question. Most of the question referring to problem solving and solution. From all question, 1 question that I can't answer.
The question is; What value added that I can give to their customer if their company offer me that job. I try to answer but they gave me feedback that my answer is value added to the company..not to their customer.
Did anybody had experience as me?

Let me try.
Perhaps, the answer they want to get from you is that the customer will feel like the amount they have paid for your company's services is worth paying for since you're able to address the customer's needs. Aside from that, you addressing the customer's needs is like finding a friend from the customer's end by making sure that their needs are indeed met.
