Review Stream is supposed to be like ciao.....

from their site they says:
$2.00 per review, $0.10 per vote.
So if i post 10 reviews per day, and for each review i get 10 votes, i should earn 90$ per month.
Well, the first thing i thinked was "wow, is really good"
The second think was "ohhhh, is too much good. How they can pay me so much?"
So i'm curious now. Any myLotter are in that site? Have you earned that money? And please, when i say "earned" i means the money you really cashout, that you have in your pocket, not in the review stream balance.
If you relly got the money, and you can show me a proof, i will be happy to join you under that site.

Not all reviews are paid at $2.00. Mostly electronics, health, medicine and hotel reviews are paid full rate. In the food category you'll never get $2 dollars, same for music and movies. Those go at bulk rate which is $0.40 cents.
But those little 40 cent reviews add up so quickly it is amazing.
As for how much I have been paid from them...according to my ledger sheet
they have sent me $215USD to my Paypal account in 4 separate payments (each
requested by me at a different month) In fact I didn't request a payment from them in October and I currently have over $50usd in my account there (enough for another payment) but I am going to do some more writing first to bring up the balance a bit.
Payment proofs from them? I posted a couple on my blog and if you look up my discussions on mylot, 2 of them are about my payments from review stream With Proof posted.
I was going to start writing at Ciao cause I been hearing so much about them and how good their rates are but now I hear they are only giving $0.25 cents a review. I think I rather write for the $0.40 cents at review stream.

You got enough, and for enough times, to can definitelly say that this site is a legitimate one.
With a direct testimony, not just coz " a friend of a friend of mine said that a friend of his friend seems got the money" ;)

I'm a beginner and I' haven't earn a lot yet. Only centavos I have. My friends told me about my lot and earn a lot big. like $50.00 a week. She's that good. I hope someday I will earn like that. As big earning for you and all of us. Have fun my lot. my friend and we can do our best. An make friends also. I have fun doing this. I'm happy reading comments.

Review stream is genuine but I think you have to reach $50 before payout. It's also awkward because they have no login system. I have written reviews for them, but you have to be willing to accept the bulk rate. I wrote one review which they were not willing to pay me the full rate ($2) for so it was rejected. All the other reviews I wrote for them, they only paid me about $0.40c each for, so personally I think it seems like a waste of time. I can earn more than that on other review sites.

I don't know if they pay internationally but I earn the most money from writing reviews at Dooyoo. I am in the UK so the pay rate is 50p ($1) per review plus 1p ($0.2c) each time somebody reads it. They also have a scheme where reviews that are nominated and then go on to receive a crown for their length and quality are then paid an additional £3.50 ($7).

first of all thanks for your answer, i really appreciated that.
Well, i heared is hard get the full rate there, but i guess 0.40 is not so bad.
I know ciao, and they pay 0.25, also if their requirement are less strict, and the review can be shorter than the one requested by review stream.
Could be nice if you could share with us which are the other review sites where you can earn much more.
Maybe you will get some new referral ;)

You would make a lot more than that if you did 10 reviews a day, check your math. That is 300 reviews a month, that is a lot of reviews, however if you can do that, it appears to be good money.

Has it been two years already? Is Caio and Review Stream still in business, you hear nothing about them anymore. I never did get on the bandwagon, I understand some people made some cash before the whole thing sort of collapsed. Oh well, thanks for the Best Response. I hope you made a few dollars off the whole affair.

and by the way, the $1 per review for Ciao will is just a promo. They will be ending it some time in the future. So reviewStream is a good alternative.

Yes fellow lotter, the Ciao promo $1 per review has ended this day. A friend of mine offered me the reviewstream, I checked it out and find it good. But when I read your response that you need at least 300 words for a review to be accepted, that made me back out. I don't think I can make a review that long

I can say Review stream is a legitimate site. But it is actually very different with Ciao. With review stream, you make reviews and you have to wait for 4 days for you to know the result if it is approved or not. With Ciao, once you have made an article or review, by the next day you get already one dollar, but they have change already its 25 cents only. A lot of my friends has been paid with review stream, I am member of teh site as well. But I haven't got any payment from them.But soon, I will have it I know.

But due you haven't got any payment yet, i would like to understand on what you base your declaration of legitimity.
Do you have a friend that you trust 100%, that got the money?
Is this an "internet friend" or a real one?

I submitted a couple of reviews and never even heard from them if they accepted them or not. I don't know if they're legitimate or not. Maybe I just didn't understand how the site worked.

Is the first time i hear that they don't answer to writers, and i really guess if is so, is not fair.
Anyway let me suppose maybe there was something wrong in how you subnitted the reviews, also coz the previous answer let me think they have some unusual way. The fact that writers have no login.... is a bit strange.
Are you sure you followed the submission instruction then?

Well, your reply is important. As i said i guess that 0.40$ is good enough, but for what you said, at least we know, now, that is possible have the $2 they promise!
