I have been to Yun Nan ( Kun Ming, Da Li, and Li Jiang ) last year in November. I love the journey very much, the air there was very fresh, people were very friendly. The chinese tourguide was very professional. I love every aspects of the places i have been to. Very good experience!
The journey to china changed my views, i thought the china is very dirty, especially the toilets. This is what the people told us, they went there many many years ago. But from what i have experienced, the toilets are quite clean, people are friendly. Perhaps now China has changed. :-)
I will definitely travel to China again, but different places ;-)

If you have time, you should visit Xi'an which is the capital of Shannxi Province, located in western part of China.Except the cold winter ,any season is relatively suitable for traveling. The Museum of Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses is praised as "the eighth major miracle of world",and the City Wall of the Ming Dynasty is the largest and most intact Ming Dynasty castle in the world.
The night life in Xi'an has a glamour. The ways include enjoying the night scenery around the Bell Tower, strolling on the ancient Big Wild Goose Pagoda Square and watching the music fountain performance. Also, the food in Xi'an is delicious and cheap!Any experience in this ancient city will bring you fun.Welcome to China again!

My wife and I went to China in 2001. Both of us attended the General Assembly of the Asia branch of the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movement (IFOAM). This was held in Hangzhou City.
Hangzhou is a very beautiful city.
