I Always Get 0 Ads In Neobux Everytime I Log In To The Site!!WHY??

I know many of you or I can say almost all of you has succeed in this site. I think I am the only person who did not succeed in the site. Everytime I logged in to the account or to the main site, but I always got 0 ads, I don't know the reason behind. I have 12 referrals but don't get any earnings from them, I think I was fraud. I am really confused. Do you know the reason about this problem. I am already 3 months in the site, but got nothing yet.
