looking for referals

Hi myloters:
Anybody has an idea on how to get referals via web?
because i don`t know to many people with english skills, and i want to increise my earns (though lot of people are in the same situation).
let`s make a list if there are sites for that purpose.

maybe you could try entering chat rooms, made friends their and eventually you could ask them to be your referral, actually that was they way used by my referral, we meet on chat, and offer me mylot and ask me if i could join, and i think it was ended a good idea...happy lotting!!
