It doesn't that I know of. I used it a few years ago on some plaques and it hasn't yellowed yet!

I don't know if it yellows or not....I do know that I used it to put some decals on little one's chairs and they are now coming off...after washing several times....but since you wouldn't be washing off your collage it should be alright....they charge enough for it that it should last! LOL

well i think it would help us if you would be kind enough to explain what a mod podge is in the first place since i do not know what a mod podge is i do not know if it will yellow over time or not i think the best way to find out is to either leave it for a long period of time or look it up though any search engine on the internet when you go to use it look at the stuff and see if it is yellow or not
