Confused about ChaCha

I've been a ChaCha Guide since 2006. I made about $60 & then just kind of stopped doing it. I know there's guides who make decent money doing it & I want to be one of those. Ok that's a lie, I really NEED to be one of those. I need to make a few hundred bucks by January & I know it's totally possible with ChaCha. Plus I'm at home all day & have plenty of time to do it....
So I've went to the new site, logged in, updated my categories & interests, downloaded the toolbar for firefox, did my cookies, and pop ups etc...
And I've been fiddling around online doing other stuff with my status set to AVAILABLE for a few hours now & I have not gotten one single question.
Is it normally this slow? Or did I not do something?...

It has been a little on the slow slide the last few days, however I'm still getting questions about every 2-3 minutes... sometimes a bit longer. Three hours is a LONG time to not have a question. I'm thinking that maybe your interests aren't quite right? Do you know how to get to the forum at ChaCha? I think you should post this exact post in the tech support and get some help. Good luck! I think you can totally make a few hundred bucks by January. I've made about $500 since the beginning of October.

I signed up at the end of October 08 and am stuck at $50 because I'm not getting ANY questions. I've done the whole empty my cache and updated all my cats and interests (SEVERAL TIMES), have email tech (With NO answers) and posted questions on the forum, nothing is working. I was on from 10am yesterday morning til 12:30am today and have receive a grand total of 4 questions!!!! I have TONS of interests and cats picked...and yes I know about everything I have picked. I don't know what is going on with ChaCha but I don't think it's worth my time. I've made more money writing articles on Associated Content than I have with ChaCha! They don't care about the guides that want to do this. You have guides getting 3,000 plus questions a week and then there are the ones like me, not getting a dang thing.

I have been so frustrated with Cha Cha. I signed up yesterday. I passed the test, but then I got logged out and now I can't even log in again! Soo frustrating!

ChaCha can be slow sometimes. To get the maximum amount of questions, make sure you have used up ALL of your categories/interests slots. ChaCha expeditors now send guides questions that meet their interests. So you should see more questions that you know a lot about coming your way. It's usually kind of slow in the mornings, but the inquiries start to pour in starting noon time. Just be patient and be ready to answer a lot in the afternoon. Yes, it is completely possible to make a couple hundred/month with ChaCha, one of the best programs I've seen thus far in which I can earn without investing!

I've been having trouble with the new policy of ChaCha as well. From what I can tell, a lot of the guides are complaining about the way things are now. I ended up signing up for my interests and it doesn't seem to be helping. If you come up with anything, please let me know! Happy ChaCha'ing!

There is a problem with ChaCha for the past 3 days which they are working on it right now and everything will be back to normal when it's all fixed. I am hardly getting any queries but is only because there is a problem with the system so they are trying to fix it as fast as possible so that we could answer questions for people so don't worry too much about it. It will be all good soon. They just posted up a comment on there site saying that they are currently working on the reported system issues from the guides so don't worry too much.
