Ciao has ripped me off!

Has anyone else been ripped off from this Ciao bonus change??? I understand that their bonus has changed from $1 to $.25 and that sucks, but is their right to do and I have no problem with that. However, I do have a problem with them changing the credit of ALL my reviews I wrote before that date to $.25. Yesterday my account balance was $98.09 and now it is $43.56. That is completely ridiculous and unfair and I am PISSED. Has anyone else had this problem from the new ciao bonus change?? I have contacted customer service to correct this mistake, hopefully they will realize that this is completely unfair and credit my account back correctly. I will keep you updated, and please share your views, experiences, and let me know if you have contacted ciao regarding this matter and what their response is when you receive it.

Darnit, you are so lucky, I really really hope that this fix this momentous error or I am going to be beyond angry. I spent way too much time writing all those reviews to only get paid $.25 when I was supposed to have been paid $1. I really wish I had thought to make a payment request, but I assumed that they would be fair and only apply the $.25 bonus to the reviews that had been written when the change happened! They better fix this error or I am going to spread the bad word of Ciao wherever I can.

yah ciao's new policy is not fair enough..it would only benefit those professional, gifted writers at ciao..but those who are just a consumer sharing their experience, if you cannot write well enough(like myself), we will not earn that much especially now

Thank you for responding, make sure to email ciao and request that your reviews before this change became affected are credited at the correct amount. Maybe if enough people complain they will fix this error.

I noticed something wierd when I checked my account balance today too!
From $15 to $11! I was starting to think maybe they delete reviews and deduct payments like myLot delete discussion till I checked myLot...
It is not fair at all to reduce people's earnings after this new change

Actually I didn't check my account yesterday so I probably had more than that in there going by the other discussions I am seeing

Yes, But I only lost $3 dollars.
Lucky I have my 12 dollars and something safe because I cashed it out.
I really do hope you get that money back, because you should and it's only fair.

Wait, I just logged on Ciao and they said all the money in your account that you lost before the 25c change is a glitch and you will get it back. :)
