Fool Proff Omelet

I had to try this before I posted it and it works very good Put 2 eggs in quart size ziploc bag shake bag to combine eggs put in what every ya want in your omelet. Get all air out and close up bag. Place bag in boiling water for 13 minutes. Remove from water after the 13 minutes and cut top off of bag omelet will roll out. I tired it last night it was real good enjoy and happy eating

Wow~ that sounds crazy! I would never have thought to boil eggs in a ziplock to make an omlet. I thought you were going to say to microwave, and then I was thinking gross, microwaved eggs! This sounds like something worth trying just to see what happens.

I tired it and yes it does sound crazy but it is so fluffy
