Hey evebody, i want share my knowledges of jiu-jitsu and i want know whats your best technicals.
My Best Technical is a leg-lock from the mount, its when u up for the mount and the guy put the legs around the mine, i make a hook with my feet and him down with pain :D
and you ? whats you best technical ?
