Neobux problem

Today I wanted to login to my Neobux account and couldn't do it.. I refreshed, deleted cookies, retrieved my password and username (and got it). And I still can't login. I get this message: THE COMBINATION OF USERNEME/PASSWORD(S) NOT FOUND Is it possible my account got deleted? Why would that happen? I never cheated or anything like that. Got paid more than 10 times.... Please help.
