I first came across this term in the bookshop, when I saw the book "simple.ology". In the book, it introduced this website - http://www.freewebcockpit.com where it's stated that I will have instant free access to the full simple.ology 101 multimedia companion course and the WebCockpit software after I've set up a free account there.
I tried it out, and it's an interesting and useful course, which it benefit me a lot to achieve where I want to go. Simpleology 101 is said to be the simple science of getting what you want.
There is a 40-day free course, where you may only spend 15 minutes per day. It's simple and interesting, yet you'll gain a lot from there.
Have you read this book? Or have you visited the website or studied the courses? Please share if you have any comments on it.

Yes I read the book and it's great. It's a free course which comes with a dream and task manager program. Give the free program a whirl!
