I see that there are lots of interesting views..
From my understanding, Deja-Vu is something like an event or a particular matter have been happened before in our lives. Like I could remember being in this new place that I've been to; but couldn't put it where and when. Something like that..

Deja vu is like looking at the surface of a pond its not always clear but you can still see reflections. The whole idea that these momentary feelings of recurrence are nothing more then that. Time is already played out we just don't know it yet. So we feel like we are looking in to the future when really all we are doing is replaying are life. Think of it as like the matrix!

I agree, I think it happens to let us know that we are in the right place, on the right path.
Pretty cool when it happens.

I don't know but some believe that it could be proof that time is non-leaner and when dajvu affects you it is just lapse in time but with free will that would probably also mean that our universe is riddle with alternate universes
