i remember when my aunt was just starting with the internet cafe it was not doing well for months that we think that we should close it instead!!the services was not that good compare to others, so what we do is we installed more games, we always smile to costumers and we became more accomodating, and we get this good technician, and also we have this promo that if they consume 3 hours straight they will have this lesser pay...things like that, and we fullyconsume they place we rent, we put up snack house, cellphone accessories, photocopier, printing jobs, encoding jobs, we sell school and office materials, cd's diskettes and lot more!!happy lotting...

youre welcome, im willing to help, actually on that kind of business you should get a very good technician, its the secret behind that, for the computers to be free from viruses and all things!!and you should have this bacground on the business you take up!!that would be a very good advantage, my aunt dont know on computers, good thing we/i have a little knowlegde boout it and it help!!and maybe you could do more than that, like accept burning cd's, or take digital pics and print it, thats really a big money for you!!and install good games the one that is endemand with costomers!!

Most small businesses fail. It is not because of something that the owner did or that the idea was not sound. The truth is that when we fail, we need to look at those as steps to success and learn the lesson.
