Do you Own a Credit Card?

I know what you mean, those high interest rates can kick some serious behind. I have an debit card that my bank gave me for my checking account. This is the one credit card that I will ever use for now. I trust this one for now, only. To have an credit card, I would really need one.. Like you, I don't want to have an bad credit report and also a criminal record of landing in jail. But, if you use it smartly, and budget correctly, then none of these things will happen..

I don't have a credit card its not that I'm not qualified but because its more of my choice. They say having credit card will save you when you run out of cash but I believe its making your more liability on you part. Try to read Rich Dad and Poor Dad, it teaches you how to be financially literate. I have read it already and it taught me a lot about handling my finances. ^^,

Yeah, I have two credit cards, just in case one of them can't be used, at least I have a spare one. I usually spend money with credit card if possible, I find it more convenient to bring a credit card around instead of carrying cash. I understand what you mean by spending too much. I agree that if you can't control your spending habit, then perhaps it's not a good idea to use credit card. I clear my credit card balance every month, so that I don't have any debts and I don't need to pay for the high interest.

I have quite a few credit cards. Yes, they can get you in a bind though. I do not know what country you live in, but you can not to jail because you do not pay your bills. Here in the US, the only reason you would go to jail is if you committed fraud in order to get credit and don't pay the bill. But normally you will not go to jail because of a debt. You may have to go to court and get a judgement, but if you do not have the money to pay, there is nothing you can do at the time, but there is no jail time for owing a debt.

I do own. THese cards are freinds in time of need. In a foreign land without any friend or help, cerdit card can prove a gerat help, a great friend. But credit cards could be equally a foe, if you are unable to control temptaion of buy, you may be heavily indebted. So if you have strong will power it is good tp have credit card.

I have a credit card and I have it with me for 6 years already. So far, I don't have a problem with it. Maybe because I don't use it a lot. I just use it if I really don't have money on hand or for emergency purposes only. Actually, I feel like I don't have a credit card. When I go to the mall, I don't bring it always because I want to control myself to buy unnecessary stuff. I hope I can still keep this discipline in myself.

I don't have a credit card. It is just to easy to run up a bill on a credit card so rather than take the chance of running a big bill on a credit card I just don't have any.

Sorry, i too dont have any Credit Card, for usages.. but i hold many Credit Card of my uncle's expired Cards.. He is holding more cards, all his expried cards will be forwarded to me.. i will keep the same in my purse.. Hi.. Hi.. AFter going for a job only i can able to get the credit card for me. I don't own a credit card because I don't like to spent money I don't have. There are times though, like now I wish I did have just to help out when we do run out of money for the week, but then how would I be able to pay the bill for the card if that is the reason I used it in the first place. I had one a long time ago and ended up getting bad credit with it. I eventually paid it off, but ended up spending more paying it off than what I actually put on the card. I think credit card companies are fraud, they totally rip people off!
