PTC and having to pay to upgrade to cash out question

I have been hearing for awhile now that many PTC sites are making "Free" members upgrade or they are not paid at all. I read TOS of many of them I am working with and I dont' see that stated in there on many of the ones I have heard do this! Isabel M of course does it, but the others....Am I missing something?
So, if you could help me out, anyone that knows of sites that require you to upgrade or pay in anyway to get the cash you earned...could you please just give the name of the site so I can go read the TOS and get the whole story on the site?
Thanks for your help

Osobux won't pay standard Southeast Asian members, don't know why?
Idealbux, starts to scam, only $8.99? It won't help sustain their site.
Earn3 and extra10, Well not exactly, but if your just standard member here, you'll receive your payout next year, even worse than buxto. Instant payout is only for premium members.
Thinkbux, they'll start to pay their members on December 26, 2008. A gift for Christmas. so you need to upgrade. lol

Ya, I know - us honest ones are the ones that pay the price for the scammers. And the sites dont' even seem to care if they trash their faithful members! I am working on weeding it all out - finding out which ones pay and dumping the rest. I played the game now I have to make a win....I was paid by NeoBux instantly with Paypal so that one is a keeper. I dumped all bux sites over the summer... still waiting on payment from 2 of them but have heard that I might get it in time to buy easter candy! I dont' mind waiting, but that long is ridiculously unnecessary!

If i am not mistaken, idealbux is another site that require the member to upgrade before get paid. I have about $12 with them, so i will upgrade that site when my AlertPay is verified. I don't trust IM anymore as most of friend had told me not to. And i only have around $2 so i don't want to invest in it.

For now i can only remember lastbux & idealbux. They ask for upgrade before payment. This scuks. Go and check them out. I don't bother visiting these sites.
