Who here attends and works out at a gym/fitness center regularly? Which one do you use and what primarily do you do there?

I have been a member of my local gym for about a year and a half nearly now. Remember when I first was inducted down there and I struggled with everything...I wasn't particularly fat but did need to tone up alot and I don't think it helped the fact I was unemployed for a while and wasn't very active. But as soon as I found a new job I joined a gym and have been attending ever since. Normally get a workout in at least three times a week (more if I can manage it). Tend to go straight from work during weekdays and attempt the gym on a sunday during the day after i've recovered from night out with the girls the night before.
While i'm down there I spend at least 30 minutes on the cross trainer where I do a stepped programme to help tone up my wobberly bits then I move to weights focussing on my abdominals, arm curls chest press, leg press, adductor and abductor machines. I don't use really heavy weights like most of the men do as I only want to tone up and not become too muscular a woman. After this I head back to the cardivascular machines where i'll go on stepper for half an hour or more...long enough to burn at least 500 calories then few minutes on bike, arm cycling machine and finish with a brisk walk up hill on the treadmill.
Besides the gym I also enjoy swimming which I try and do once every week or couple of weeks with a colleague from work and on occasions I do enjoy the odd run with my running partner Rich who is a fitness instructor in the army and he puts me through my paces now I can tell you.

I'm living here in Singapore. N we've got mainly only 2 main large gym MNCs - FitnessFirst and California Fitness.
NOw, I work out mainly at FitnessFirst. Brilliant. The facilities are brilliant, and at least over in my country, they emphasize on customer service ALOT, which makes it nice for members =)
I heard they have many many branches elsewhere, sth like 550 clubs in the world? Any of u guys heard of it? How's FF in your countries?
=)
