Mirrors Edge Or Need For Speed Undercover

Ok I do realize Mirrors Edge comes out on November 11, and Need for Speed comes out the 18. But I can only pick one game have bills to pay so I cant decide and would like some help can some1 tell me their opinion of what game they want and whats the reason thanx.
Also If it does matter I am a PS3 player so I do know about the DLC on Mirrors Edge

I can say Mirror's Edge all the way. It's fun, challenging, and it's not another racing game. I'm not really a fan of Need For Speed so maybe this is biased. However, the visuals in Mirror's Edge is amazing, and it really is unique!
