Basically the imigratiuon in America has reached a new high and congress is decideing if they should stuill be allowed to come here

No, America cannot stop immigrants as long as it needs growth in its economy in terms of GNP. The contributions from immigrants to the economic development and sustained growth in the American Economy cannot be undermined. Secondly, millions of people all over the world immigrated to USA as students and now most of them are in top fields of science and technology. So when they marry girl from home country, naturally, USA cannot deny visa. Hence immigrants are likely to the increasing year by year whatever is the law.
