It is so easy to make and so tasty.
Have you ever made a lemonade pie?
First of all you need a graham cracker pie crust, sweetened condensed milk, frozen lemonade, and whipped cream.
Let the lemonade thaw, then simply mix all the other ingredients together well, and pour into your pie crust. You can either refrigerate or freeze it. The last time I made it I put it in the freezer, this time I am just refridgerating it.
It can be made with any flavor, I bet strawberry is really good.
Have you ever tried it?

As soon as I saw the title of this discussion, and I am not sure why, the taste of lemon meringue pie came to me. Now I am craving just a piece of this yummy treat. That sounds so easy to make, how good is it?

This is the second time I made it, the first time it was very good, I put that one in the freezer. I have not cut into this one yet, I did not freeze it, I just refrigerated it. It should be just at tasty as the first. (I hope so)

Maybe more, soft? I don't know if that is the right word for it but when it's in the freezer I am sure it's not only more cold but also more firm... yes firm is the word. Well just let us know when you get a taste of it! Happy Pie Eating!

This pie does not require baking, it is a delicious frozen desert treat. After it is prepared it goes into the freezer.

No, not diet, condensed milk and whipped cream are used, although, I am sure low fat whipped cream can be used also.

I've never tried this version.
A lady at a former job made something similar and it was delicious but I think it was more along the lines of a no bake cheesecake as far as thickness goes. I wish I still knew where that was. I haven't seen it since we moved almost 7yrs ago.

Can not say that this is one dish I will be rushing to make it's up there with lemonade scones ,if I knew some-one who made these two dishes I would try it and then go from there but making it and finding that its not to our taste and having to throw it away would bother the heck out of me.cheers.

I do not like to rush and make something either, like you said, it would be a waste of time and money if you did not like it. thanks for responding.

I've never tried that. I'm not much of a lemon person, though, so I'm not certain if I'd like it. However, it definitely sounds like it is worth trying.

It would probably be really tasty using strawberries, I think I will try strawberrie next time. I suggest putting it in the freezer after is is prepared.

No, I thought the same thing at first, the pie is not runny. The condensed milk is rather thick and once it has time to set in the refrigerator it thickens up.

I tried some a little while ago, I think I should have initially put it in the freezer instead of the frige. So I put it in the freezer and will try it later. The first one I made was really good and I put it in freezer. Then I went online and saw recipes that said refrigerate. I was doubtful at first, but thought I would give it a try. Freezing is better, I can't wait until it freezes.
Yeah, any fruit would be good. I think the next time I will try strawberry or lime, kiwi would be good too.

Sounds delicious and easy to make. Maybe someday I will have a try, but I have to buy all the ingredients needed. Like you I love to make some delicious myself, coz I think the self-made food tastes better and you can have any flavor you like, right? The process of making food really makes me happy and enjoy.
Maybe when I get married, I will be a good wife and a good mother, haha...just kidding.
Happy mylotting and make more delicious food, and do not forget to share with us.
