Why do some girls wear sunglasses on their heads?

I am sometimes confused! If I am not wrong then everybody has got his/her eyes bellow the forehead! I have not yet found any male or female who has eyes on the head! If what I am saying is right, then will anybody be able to answer this question...Why some girls wear sunglasses on their head?I have noticed in the street, in the sopping malls, or inside a private car that many girls wearing sunglasses on their heads instead of their eyes! Even if the sun is sizzling hot, some girls don't move down their sunglasses from their heads to the eyes. I could not find the answer from anywhere.
I have rarely found any male wearing glasses on head. Why this practice is with the girls only?
Can any myLotter give the correct answer?

In Sanskrit language there is a saying about the character of the girls,that is :'deba na jananti kuto monusya.'That means: gods do not know,how men can be! There are under eyes of girls inside their hair.By those eyes they make the boys
dance behind them.You are so little boy that you don't know you are also dancing by the
eyes on their head.So beware of girls.

Not only girls but even boys do it, I sometimes wear sunglasses on the head because for example if I am in a shopping mall there is no sun inside so it will look very stupid if I wear it on my eyes so the most convenient place without taking them off is the head and moreover it looks cool.

sunglasses are one of the fashion accessory of most girls. we love to wear those for us to put and add more art in ourselves. lol

I also wear sun glasses to protect my eyes from harmfull sun and I only put my sunglasses on my head when I'm not exposed to the sun anymore or removed it and placed/hooked it on my clothes or put it into the bag. Well, having sunglasses on the head is a bit of fashion and also used it as a headband for the hair not to cover the face. I often see men and women wearing sunglasses on their heads or just leaved it wearing for their eyes.

I put sunglasses on the head to make it easy for me to wear it when the sun shines so bright. I also do that to serve as head band and for fashion sometimes.

Girls are fashionable and most of the time they used it as just a decoration or simply for fashion purposes. If not then it might be as head band to clip their hairs. For me, I have done this most of the time specially when I get inside a shade or a building that it would make the surroundings dark already. My reason of doing it is for ease of wearing it again and sometimes I even just put it in my forehead.

It's not only girls that do it, men do too!
People just put it up on here forehead when they are not currently using there sunnies, and then when they need it just put it back on.
I guess it just suits people better, I do it aswell.

I'm also wondering why is that. Some said they don't really notice that they're putting it in their heads but some intentionally does it as just for look enhancement. Unfortunately, I don't practice that because as soon as I'm not going to wear my sunglasses I placed it in its container and keep it on my bag. ^^,
