Someone said it's true, and the other said wrong. In my opinion, it's not very correct.
Firstly, you may earn money from your boss because you were employed to do things for him. Because you didn't have much experience in the work, your boss may give you only a little money. For example, If you can make $1000 for your boss, he may pay you only 1% or even 0.1%. Of course, if you meet the kind boss, he may give you more. In general, being employed can't make you earn a lot of money. But it's the essential process.
Secondly, you couldn't be very rich if you only work for your boss. You can learn things from your boss, and then work for yourself. If you have the ambition and confidence, you can conquer much difficulty and make some achievement. Life tell us a lot of such stories.
In a word, if you want to earn a lot of money, you should be employed by others; you could become a boss by learning your former boss, and you will achieve something.

But what happens when the boss himself is a looser and do not know much about his profession. I really do not have much to learn from this boss right?
I think best is to learn from various sources like internet, friends, books, etc. the right thing. Then if you have the courage and money, you should start your own

Good!We can learn from various sources like internet, friends, books, etc.the right thing when you are employed by the boss. And the most important thing of going to work is to learn that work's true thing, which is not easy to attain if you are not in that business. As what the common saying says"an interlacing as foster".If you want to succeed in that business, you'd better learn from the boss. But if you find your boss is looser and do not know much about his profession, you'd better quit the job and find another good one. When you learn a lot,you should stare your own business.Do you agree?

i will agree in your second opinion,it because i believe too that we will never be rich if we only work to someone or in our boss, but in your first opinion though they can benefit a lot in the services we provide to them we only get fix salary from it.
