What's the ideal family size?

For extended family(big family), nuclear family, DINK family (Doulbe Income, NO Kids) or single-parent family, in my mind, nuclear family is the best. When the children goes to nursery or school, you wont have to pay a lot attention on him/her. Just leading the child into a good habit,it is ok.Yuu can visit the parents on holiday. and wont have to live together with them bearing the unconvinience living together with them. You can enjoy the pleasure and the unhappiness the children bring to you.

Hi there!
I also prefer the nuclear family. I'd like to have my own family in our own roof and no extensions. I think it is also less stressful cause I only have to deal with my kids and my husband. We make our own decisions with no intrusion from others so it would make things less complicating. Besides, having a no extensions is also less expensive.
Of course, there will be schedules too in visiting the grandmas and the grandpas. I will not deprive my kids to spend time with relatives too.
