Sleeping Habit

When do you go to sleep?10pm in the night or 12 or even late??? I am at a habit of sleeping at 4 in the morning & still till 10 O'clock.I dont have any engagement...i just keep browsing the web all through the night.I ahve tried but couldnot get sleep before thet even if I go to bed early....Is it some medical condition? how can i change my habit?

As long as you you are getting your required number of hours of sleep and you do not wake up mulitple times during your sleep time or feel crappy and hard to wake up in the a.m. I doubt you have a medical condition and only have a bad habit. 6-8 hours are usually enough for people.

thats really interesting. you go to sleep when most of the guys wake up. thats not a healthy habit. you just feel dizzy the whole day due to this. are you taking a lot of caffeine or some other medication. may be your sleep cycle is deranged and you must reset it. try working out in the late evening. that way you will go early to bed..haha. you can also take a heavy dinner if you don't mind that extra weight in the middle. have a good day.
