Clinical Instructors

nursing students nowadays are "quite" responsible and initiative. But as I observe in the institution i am working with,some of the nursing students orientee don't have an initiative to learn some things.They are waiting for some instruction to the tasks.Maybe there are reasons behind their behavior.
