What is your first aid medicine over HEADACHE?

It depends on the type of headache. I take Excedrin Extra Strength for a normal, small headache. If it's caused by sinus pressure, I take a sinus pill, usually NyQuill or DayCare. Of course, migraine headaches are impossible to get rid of without a prescription medicine and only then if you take it as soon as the migraine starts.
I take naproxin for body pain. Aleve is the over-the-counter stuff... mine is a prescription. But for headaches, the only thing that helps is Excedrin, a combination of aspirin, acetominophin and caffeine.

Whenever I feel my head aches unbearably, I take paracetamol, Biogesic in particular. It can be bought over-the-counter here in the Philippines. It is also safe even for pregnant women and even if you don't have a meal before taking it. It is effective for me and to alot of people that I know.
