Well when I get home I try to find a quiet place especially if dinner is not yet ready then try to get a power nap. It can last from 15 to 30 minutes of nap and then when I wake up I feel my energy is already half energized again and also boost my mood with others. Just make sure that you don't go beyond that timne frame or you mght get a hard time sleeping at night again.

People say that a nap will help you a lot. It is a great way to breathe again. Me, on the other hand, if I take a nap, then I will wake up the next morning, lol

What if I am busy with reading, listenning to some classes? Then, reading a book, I will feel even more tired, lol.
Thanks for your response! Have fun!

When i got home from a tiring day, ill make sure that ill pamper myself with the wants and needs of my body. After work i make sure to it that i eat my dinner on time, ill eat my favorite foods. Then ill take a 30 minutes nap, after that ill have a relaxing shower to pamper my skin and my body and to also relieve my body from stress.

i always love to listen to mozart. That relaxing music which really soothes my rhythm to sleep and afterwards, i will let my head lie to my favorite pillow as with my wife with me.

This is really tasteful. My mom like mozart's music. When I was in high school, I always bought some CD with mozart's music for her.

Yeah, if there are some good TV shows, I can watch them comfortably too, which is a pretty good way to relax.
Have a great day!

Hi! I de-stress by watching my favorite shows on cable tv... As a couple, my husband and I make it a point to have a dinner date weekly. We watch a movie afterwards. This is our way to relax. If i'm really, really tired... I get a massage / spa. Heaven! :)

I sit down in front of a quiz show and get Mr Croc to make a cup of tea and some food. Then I check my e-mails, read a book and go to sleep.

The first thing I do when I get home is make myself a nice mug of steaming hot black sweetened coffee, then I will go and run a bath and put my favourite bubbles in and I will often put some soft music on in the background and then I will have a long, relaxing soak in the bath and it helps me to unwind and relax from a very busy day, works a treat and I feel so much better, in fact the thought of having a long soak helps me get through the long tiring day!

I mainly go to bed after a busy day of working. I get so tired that sometimes I do not even eat. I justgot straight to bed.

If I went back very late, I would like just go straight to bed anyway. I even avoided to take a shower at the very time!

After a long tiredsome day when I get home I will sit and watch some tv for a while or do some discussions on mylot for a while til my eyes just can't take no more and I just go to bed and sleep. I have a bad habit of trying to fight my tiredness when I get home and keep on doing things when I know I should just give in and stop trying to fight it like I do.

When I was still working and got home after a hard day, I'd first go to the bathroom, change my clothes and get busy preparing supper. Now that I'm retired, it depends as to what I was doing that made me tired. If I've been grocery shopping, groceries get put away first. After that, I MIGHT get a chance to sit down with a cop of tea and put my feet up. If I've been working in the yard, I head to the bathroom for a nice hot, relaxing bath.
