friend do you prefer yogic exercise for good health?? can it will effect your body?tell me in detail

Yes, I would prefer it for my health. I think that it will do me and my entire body some good. I love the feeling of being able to relax and unwind.. This type of exercise would be perfect for me!

I have been doing Chinese exercise for some time now,and I thought they were very good.Someone told me recently that Yoga exercises are the world's finest and the ones that I was doing are actually adapted from Yoga.I dont know this myself, but there does seem to be a lot of similarities in the way they look.LOL!

I do think yoga is the greatest exercise for stretching and general health and it is an exercise that almost anybody can do.

I used to do yoga, I borrowed a book on it from the library, but I have not done it since. It was great when I did do it, though. It made me feel healthier from the inside out.

I prefer yoga. It is more useful for mind refreshing. In this pranamaya and meditation are more useful. If you do for 4 or 5 days you find some change in your concentration.

I really prefer yogic exercise & that also taught by Baba Ramdev. In fact, firstly I did some physical exercies, but they did not affect my body bcoz I am thin & wanted to gain some body. But, when I started yoga of Baba Ramdev, I really found new freshness in my body & gained a little weight in first few months. It also increased my concentration power. You have just give few hours to it & do it in early morning.
