How much you trust PPC/PTR programs

There are several Paid Per Click and Paid To Read programs available all over the Internet. But tell me how confident you are with these programs and their promises. Many days ago I had tried some of such programs but didn't got paid from anyone of them. Since then I have stopped wasting time with these. But let me know how much trust them and if any good program that you trust and have got payments from.
