just leave it.i am also banned and i can't log in to my account.i lost 12.23 $ there.they told me that i had written article from one site and cheated them though i didn't do that and they refused to pay me also.

I think you should email Ciao first to clarify the issue. The support team are very responsive to enquiries and will listen to what your explanation and providing you the reason for the ban.

that is really bad what is the reason for blocking your account was there any explicit contents in it or have you posted some reviews that violates the rule then i think you need to write a mail to admin and he is the only person who can help you in that case or if it is due to some other problem just try loggin in properly.

They are checking our accounts I was told-so if you rate all your friends and they do the same to you just to rack up earnings that can be one of the many reason. a friend also warned me about thisin one forum Im using-the banned member have made $200 and ciao banned the member -just use ciao to review and not like a milking cow or a full time job that you review too much product, but no one can tell what exactly is the reason they ban members--if you really believe and can prove you didnt do anything wrong then contact ciao--i have emailed them twice to clarify something and got my response after 2 days goodluck

Sad to hear that from you. Did you ever tried to make a review copying from other sites? Did you send a message to every members to rate your review? Did you do vindictive ratings? If you do all these things, your account will really be blocked. But if not, you can send an e mail to ciao, they will respond to your concern. If you feel that you did not violsted any of their rules, feel free to e mail them.
