Hello friends, First we should defined what is the difference between the two, Doing things right is focus on efficiency, while doing the right thing is more on effectiveness. Which you like best and why?

I choose the last one doing the right thing. I almost on my side of negative or failure, so I need to wake up to get back my lifeless events. Doing the right things as said and more on, effectiveness that I need to have changes. If I cannot move from my foot where I was standing and there is no action was taken, how I am gonna be effective in a way that is going to happen. I need to to do things right, not tomorrow or the other day but now. While doing things right, I need to focus the things that I'm going to be happen to become effective.

You got it right, doing the right thing should be our goal in life to become effective. Being effective or producing result is better than ability to produce a desire effect or efficiency.

HI,according to me the right or wrong thing depends on an individual's perception,on his/her upbringing,on the society he/she was brought up,on the current situation. My take on this is just depend on your instincts, try to be true to your innerself. But after all we all do some ?wrong things,we should not have done,we are just humans.Good night.

Hello Margarit! People can actually do both if they really wanted to. Being efficient and effective at the same time can be very advantageous. It is not an easy task but one just have to do it for his own good. There are times though when there really is a trade-off between these two. Meaning, one can be efficient but not may sacrifice being effective and vice versa. But then again, if we can do both -- doing things right and doing the right thing -- then, that would be great.

Hi dolce, Well, being efficient and effective at the same, i dont think it is possible for both is differ in other ways, efficiency is doing the wrong things right from the beginning it is wrong but you make it right so the result is still wrong, while effectiveness is from the beginning you do the right thing and the result is right. But honestly mostly people likes doing thing right for doing the right thing is so hard to do. thanks for responding.

I'd rather do things the right way. When you are doing the right thing if your are not doing it right, you can always redo it. If you do not do the right things there can always be repercussions that may not be too good. My focus is always on doing the right thing. I am not perfect so there are times that I may not doing things right.

hi sudalunts, Doing thing the right thing is morally correct and just and fair. We should not dwell on efficiency but on effectiveness. Thanks for responding.

well i will do things right because after knowing what the things it is i will proceed if the thing itself is right then i have done right thing and if the thing is wrong i will try to make that thing right or i will think in the positive way.

Hi everyone . I believe in doing things right what ever you do because that will lead to a good result ....doing right thing doesn't probably give the optimum results

Hi gauravupreti, I think you miss interpret the idea, Doing things right lead to wrong result because from the start it is already wrong. Doing the right thing is the good result for it is right and correct.

I like both. I like doing the right thing and doing things the right way. I strive to achieve both and I actually get upset with myself if I don't do it. I guess you could consider me a perfectionist in that manner. Things have to be perfect when I am working or doing things around the house.
