My birthday's done already last June and I have yet another 7 months to think about what I want to do for my next birthday.
I'm done with Kiddie Parties, Grand Debuts and simply hanging out with friends for drinks and dinners. What I'm planning for my 22nd birthday next year would be a trip abroad for myself hopefully when I have a job early next year I would be able to afford it. Maybe not EXACTLY on my birth month but some time within next year I would be able to go out of the country and have some time alone.
So, do you guys have anything special planned for your birthday? Spend it with family and friends? Go somewhere relaxing and peaceful with close friends or alone?
Feel free to share here!

I too had my birthday in June. Fellow cancer star eh?
Anyways, I prefer my birthdays to be simple.
A nice meal and a good movie is all I really want.
Nothing to fanciful.
Going oversea is a good idea. But that one is expensive. If you are only paying for yourself, it is no problem.
22 next year? Well, you are still young. DO go out and enjoy when you can. For you are only young once!

My birthday is on August 11, 1976. I'm a Leo and I was born "Year of the Dragon". Like every year, since I have a family. I usually spend it with my wife and children at home. Buy a couple of drinks and tasty foods, and don't forget the cake with candles. Hehehe. Then friends and relatives are welcome to drop by.

Well, my birthday is coming up in dec. Since I got married, I have been spending my birthday abroad. It is a coincidence that school holidays are during these times and I used to teach. So my hubby and I would want to have a short vacation abroad. Since I do all the searching and booking hotels whatsoever, I also get to choose when to go there. I always try to choose somewhere on my birthday or some time there. This year is going to be different I guess. We are going on vacation earlier in Nov and my hubby needs to go on a biz trip in dec. So I guess I will spend time locally on my birthday. I have not thought about how to spend it yet, but whatever it is, I will enjoy a day out with my family.

It's good for you that you still have 7 months to prepare for your 22nd birthday unlike me... who will have my 25th birthday this coming 22nd of November... sigh... I am getting old, no way back...huhuhu! LOL but anyway, I plan to just simply spend this day with my girl and I dunno what is her plan for my so-called special day. But for me... no plan at all.

I am into events and planning a party has been my job for 10 years. But when it comes to my own birthday, I don't throw a party. Mostly, I escaped and do something for myself or with my partner. Sometimes my sister will just surprise me with a party and she already invited my friends. It was fun. A surprise party is always a nice thing to have on your birthday.
But if i have the resources and were to plan my own party, I want it out of town getaway, i don't want it to happen in a day. A weekend would be fun. May it be in a small or big group.

I have lots of time to prepare for my next birthday party.. anyway, my plans? I wanted to do something different this time.. I wanted to go on a trip with hubby of course! A Palawan or Bohol getaway will do.. i've never been to those places before and i'd like to explore and discover what they can offer to local and foreign tourists.. Three years ago(when i was 20 yrs old), i went to Hong kong all by myself.. it was fun and scary at the same time..

I don't really have any particular plans for my birthday. As I grow older, birthday is just another usual day for me. My colleagues will always celebrate birthday for the birthday guy/girl on that day, we go out for lunch together, then later buy cake and sing song for the birthday guy/girl. It's our usual culture. As for myself, perhaps I'll go out for a dinner with my husband, perhaps not. It depends whether we feel like going out.

LOL. I grew up planning ahead what to do on my birthday just so when my Dad asks, I could give him an answer. I think I spent 1 birthday doing nothing and just having lunch at home with my parents and brother because we all don't feel like going out and I don't feel like going out with friends either.

My birthday as already passed because my birthday is in February which means I have like three more months before my next birthday which I am more thinking about Christmas then my birthday, and for my last birthday me,my parents, and my fiance went out to eat,and then we went to the movie theater to see National Treasure 2 which was a really good movie, and worth the money to go see it,and it was definitely as good if not better than the first one,and my friends birthday is on the same day as mine, and he was at the theater with his mom and sister to see the Bucket List so it was kind of funny running into him there, especially since he called me to get directions to the movie theater since him and his mom are both not very good with directions,I am not sure what I want to do for my next birthday party, and I miss being a kid and having birthday parties with all of my friends, and most likely me,my fiance, and my parents will all go out to eat again, and depending on what is playing in theaters we might go to the movies and see something, and maybe we will hang out with my friend who I consider my brother on our birthday because since I met him we have always gotten together on our birthday and I remember on year his mom and dad took us both out to Golden Coral for our birthday which was kind of nice and I told them they did not have to do that and that I would have paid for mine, but they insisted and would not take money from me.

My birthday is the 22nd of this month and Ya know as the time approaches I think about what I want to do. I have my birthday off from work so that's a plus. I know what you mean by being done with the kiddie parties and haveing wild parties with a bunch of friends. I think I am just going to go have a nice lunch and do some shopping with a friend from work and have a nice low key birthday this year.

This year I won't be doing anything special for my birthday....again. I never had very exciting birthdays because my birthday is 5 days after Christmas and people ususally forget about it. Now that I have my own family, I can hardly afford to get me a Christmas present much less an anniversary present (earlier in December) or a birthday present.

I've had mine last September and sadly, it was a busy day for me because there were so many things to do in school that I almost missed my own party with my family, friends, and relatives. Next year, I plan on having a date with someone special... That is if I have someone special at that time. Haha. If that's not the case then I'll go out with someone close to me. Just for fun. Hehe.

my next birthday is in march (and my 20th) and no I have no plans for my birthday really... I just treat my birthday as one of those regular days we live and I really don't care.. I don't like my birthday anyway -_- (eating some good cakes is probably my only favorite part about birthday) in fact, if I ask my family members when my birthday is, they probably won't know lol and I really don't care. If some of my close friends are planning a birthday parties for me, that would be great.. at least it's better than just sitting in the college classroom and listening to some lectures or just sittin on my @$$ doing nothing.

Go somewhere else by myself. I want to have a really quite place and a time on my self on my next birthday. Actually there is no grand celebration for my birthday when I am in my teen years. When I was a child, I have parties and all that stuff. But when I grew up, I want to have a simple birthday. For me birthdays are just another day in my life that I have to live by.

In my hometown, there is such custom: eating eggs and noodles on birthday, and the eggs must be red, noodles must be long and long. It is said that these can give you a happy and long life. Although I don't believe that, I also do it on my bithday.
