Have you ever been in Buenos Aires?

Buenos Aires is a great city, with lot of interesting places to go, good shops, good restaurants, good theatres, etc. People say it's the most European city in South America. Have you ever been there?

I've been there several times, but just because I don't live that far from it, about 270 miles or so.
I do like it, but just for visiting purposes, I just find it too big and crowded. Overall I prefer my own city, Rosario. Not so big, not so crowded and with great people.
It is dirtier though, and it doesn't have as many great places to see as Buenos Aires, but we have enough, plus, we have the monument to our flag, which is probably the best monument in the whole country. I'll try posting some pics of it in my profile.

I didn´t comment on your response for a while, certainly. At the time I thought I'd better wait to see if there was another response, to comment all of them at the sime time. But there wasn't any, wo I'm giving you the best response mark. I also like Buenos Aires for visiting purposes. I think I prefer Montevideo to live in, first of all for the climate in summer (I just would not survive there!) but also for being too big and crowded, as you say. Were you born in Argentina or you just are living there nowadays?
