i think not, since i have had no problem with phones of other brands like sony ericsson and motorola...
i believe it's just nokia's marketing strategy to label their phones as the most user-friendly phones since based on my experience, all mobile phones have more or less the same functions and it just takes common sense to get used to the interface...

Well it depends on person. A person who uses Nokia thinks that is the user-friendly brand. But yes Nokia doesn't have many software choices as it is there with more number of people. There are more games made for it and more software like CameraFX made for it because of which more people prefer Nokia. But if you just need your phone to call and message other brands are quite good and user friendly as well.

I myself would have to say that Motorola was the best brand if I were going to narrow it down to brand when it comes to quality. Because even their less expensive phones, seem to work really well.
But you are right. When it comes to phones, they all have about the same functionality at least on some of their makes and models. My boyfriend has the cheapest Sony Ericsson and he has a few problems with it. But all and all, it does the job that he needs it to do. Which is just basically let him talk, because that is all he has a desire to do. LOL
Thank you for starting this discussion. I hope you have a great evening!
