Do You Get Scolded By Your Parents Often ?

My parents scolded us when we were still young. But when we stepped in high school, they seldom scold us because we are big enough to decide on our own. My parents trust us very much and they knew everything that we do. We commit mistakes but just in a minor level. I'm just to happy that my parents are more appreciative than strict. ^^,

Well I don't get scolded anymore but as a child I got scolded as often as my parents deemed it needed- which on some days was very often. Now that I am a parent- I try to teach more and scold less- because at the end of the day the two really are the same thing- it's all in how you say it- that's all. That stage of my life is so over, whew! I used to be scolded by my parents, especially my mother, when I was still a small kid. But when I had my own job, I never had that experience again. Although they talk to me about some things or remind me about some stuff, I consider it as an advise or suggestion.
