Have you ever visited Croatia?

I have never visited Croatia, but I am sure it is nice. I like to go to different places on my travels, so I might check it out in a year or two. Is it cold there in winter time? Where is the best places to go too in Croatia, and what is the best foods to eat?

In 2003 I went to Croatia, Montenegro and Slovenia. I really loved it in Croatia. I adored visiting Dubrovnik and seeing all its architecture and setting overlooking the ocean and a woody like island. Understandably it is known as the Pearl of the Adriatic. I enjoyed going to Mljet Island and seeing the lake. It was superb to go shopping in Split. I loved going to see the historical town of Trogir. I am keen to come back to see more of Croatia like the Plitvice Lakes.
