Vodka or Ibuprofen which One is Better?

So what one would you use to numb pain? Not any normal pain but Menstrual Pain?
The other night I was having the worst craps ever and I desided to have a 16oz glass of Orange Juice with 1 shot of Vodka 80 proof. I though that would have made my craps go away. But Instead it didn't touch it. So I ended up taken 400 milligrams of Ibuprofen of course I took it like two hours later.
So which one do you find is more useful? or do you have another Way of helping with the Pain?

Well, I am not really sure that Vodka would help. Maybe temporarily I suppose. I would think that the Ibuprofen would be MUCH more effective. Ibuprofen is definitely VERY effective for ME for this problem. :( So, I would try that. :)

Vodka does help by thinning the blood. But yes I do believe temporarily it would help. Although the pain is less noticable.
