Sausage and cheese pancakes!

So, I just tried this awesome idea.... I mixed pancake mix with a little bit of syrup and diced pre-cooked turkey sausages... cooked it like a normal pancake on one side, and right before I flipped it, I put some american cheese on the uncooked side and flipped it. It was really good and I just thought I'd share the idea.

that is a very interesting Idea it almost sounds like a Omelet version of the pancake , maybe you've just invented the panlet. Anyway I was looking for a good way to experiment around with pancakes I will be trying some bacon and cheddar cheese in mine tomorrow. Thanks for the tip

Hahaha, yes, the panlet. I have now found a way to replace protein and cholesterol for carbs!
