I Am Great At This But I Hear to Much!

I have a problem with listening to everyones problems and I don't say no. I have a friend who just had a brain injury from a four wheeler accident and every day he calls like 10 times and my boyfriend gets so mad. I can't tell my friend you know stop calling because that would be rude. I just talk to him and listen to him because he is trying to figure out who he is and how he was, and all I try to do is help but how can I get my boyfriend to understand he thinks I am trying to be with him which isn't true but I don't want arguments what am I to do? Please help me

That is a very difficult situation to be in. Just try and reassure your boyfriend that you are only trying to help and that you will try to cut back on the amount of time you spend talking to him.
