My neighbor's golden retriever always "puf" in front of our gate, my mom is disgusted. I told the owner about it several times but he just ignored. One day, while the dog starts to throw, I called its attention for a "shu" for him to go away. I did not threw anything just did that on several occasion but it's still of little remedy. What shall I do?

What do you mean by "puf?" Does he just go to the gate and sniff loudly? We have two dogs and when we move I always make a point to tell my neighbors that if he barks at them or bothers them at the fence, just get to know them and they will learn who they are and soon not care that they are there. Maybe the dog senses you're irritated? Find out his name and just give a friendly, happy hello to him when you hear him there and he'll learn your voice. If it's a wooden fence, he can't see you and doesn't know why you're there or what you want. I like to bring my neighbors a baggie of treats to give my dogs so that they learn quickly that our neighbors are friends. Maybe you could ask them if it would be okay to give him a treat from time to time so he can get to know you?
Are you talking about the dog leaving little presents at your gate on your property? If that's the case, it's the dog owner's responsibility to clean up after his pet and you have every right to bring it to their attention. If they're not cleaning up after him and the problem is persisting, you can make a complaint with the city's animal control office or whatever the appropriate agency is in your area.
Hope this helps and I hope your problem is resolved peacefully soon!
