Personal affilliate Page - PTP/PTC/PTR

Does anyone have a personal affiliate page that they promote? and do you earn money from it?
I have just created my first page, and without promoting it too much seem to be earning 1 cent a day. (not a lot... but it all adds up!... and I intend to get really cheap advertising, and then earn about a dollar a week from it!)
What do you earn?
