confused about understasnding the word....

somebody give me some instruction what i am going to do....he usually used the word "TWO TIME NO MORE" i will confuse about this...anybody help to explain me or what is the real meaning of this word?

Whos he and how does he use it? What's he talking about at the time he uses it?

TWO TIME NO MORE, is make use of the first chance, we can't expect the second one, so, use the first chance and flourish....
