Work timings

I am working in MNC. Because of this i dont have any specific timings. My shift timings changes every week. 15 days full i will be working in night shift and 15 days i will be in day shift. What about you. Please share.

My timings are from 2.30 am to 11.30 am...It is really difficult to work in this timing...but no other alternative..shifts are there, we will be transferred to evening shift after 3 monyhs.
