I am deeply distressed. I have a Boss who takes credit for all the work that I have done.
Any assignments he gets, he delegates it to me with a strict deadline. The completed assignment he projects to the management as his PIECE of WORK and has been getting appreciation and rewards for my work. As I am quite junior and new in this company I am hesitant to bring it to the notice of his Boss. Also I need to keep this job as I have financial commitments. Please suggest what can I do.

If there is anyway you can make your bosses boss know what you are doing without it seeming like a bad employee go for it. You have to be sly so it doesn't seem like you are brown noseing of going over your bosses head.

It's a hard situation where it is difficult to get out from. If you speak against your Boss he might turn against you and being a junior you will get chucked out of your job. However is it fair to remain with your mouth shut? © ronaldinu 2008

It's always like that in a company though. That's called bureaucracy. It could've been a bit more fair if he acknowledges you for your work. For my part, I don't need to be mentioned during his presentation; a mere pat on the back and a "good job, kid" would suffice. Remember, "credit is negotiable, blame is not."
Good luck!
