I have no preference. i just prefer someone who is understanding and that is as hard working as I am so that way they will set an example for other employees

I would always prefer female boss, because the females are really one to whom males can really make fools.....lol

it depends if one is male or female.sometimes opposite gender is more cooperative.

I perfer a male boss because from my experience i tend to work harder then i would if i had a female boss.

I can only answer with my experience and what I've gone through with both, and I have to say a man. The men I've worked for are less competitive and emotional than a woman. The women I've worked for were backstabbing, manipulative and mean.

I have to agree. Female bosses are so much better. Plus you now open up the oppurtinity for some early raises. wink wink

I don't mind for they are bosses and no matter what gender they are they will still be your boss. You will not be able to change that. If you catch my drift?
